Surrounded by woodland and fields, 1 Stonedelph is the first of a pair of stone cottages at the end of leafy private lane. Inspired by the Sussex heritage of the Bloomsbury group and the early 20th century Arts & Crafts movement, we’ve used classic British prints, wallpaper and vintage finds in all the rooms. There are large French doors off the sitting room onto an enclosed south facing patio with wrought iron garden furniture, flower and herbaceous beds and lawn. 1 Stonedelph sleeps four, with a charming eat-in kitchen. There are two bedrooms upstairs, as well as a bathroom with a freestanding cast iron bath. The property also has original floorboards. a wood burning stove and a cosy reading nook.
