Farmstead

The characterful 16th century Farmhouse sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and is dog-friendly. Downstairs there is an open plan eat-in kitchen with an AGA, a formal dining room and a sitting room with wood burning stove. There is also a utility room and WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one super-king master, two doubles and a twin. There are two full bathrooms, one with a freestanding cast iron bath. Outside there is a large, enclosed cottage garden, apples trees, dining furniture and a BBQ. 

The stylishly converted Barn sleeps 8-10 in four bedrooms. All on one level, the entrance opens into a huge communal kitchen-living space with comfortable seating and a long wooden dining table. Off this communal space are four bedrooms, one king with ensuite bathroom, one flexible super-king/twin (zipnlock), one king with a single daybed and one with king lower bunk and single upper bunk. There is an additional bathroom and WC. Outside there is chic contemporary dining furniture and BBQ. 

The Stable sleeps 2-3 in studio accommodation. It has a king bed and single daybed, small kitchen and freestanding bath. There is a separate WC. 

Two shepherd huts sit close by. The first is the larger sleeping 2-3, with one double and one single pullout bed. There is a woodburner, kitchen hob and fridge, plus a freestanding copper bath and WC. The second shepherd hut has a double daybed, woodburner, kettle, fridge and shower room.  

There is an outside firepit and camp style seating next to our ancient woodland and a pretty path leading to a waterfall bridge. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and an electric vehicle charge point.  

Also available to Farmstead guests is a large dining barn with a full commercial catering kitchen, ideal for seated dining or receptions, dinner parties and celebrations.
