The Farmhouse
The Farmhouse at Lydhurst is a listed 16th Century building. The original floorboards are beautiful and pleasingly wonky. Sleeping eight, there are four bedrooms, including a master with a super-king size bed and a twin room. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one with a freestanding cast iron bath, as well as a downstairs utility room and WC. The open plan kitchen has built-in seating and an AGA. There are two sitting rooms, including a formal dining room and an additional lounge with a wood burning stove. Outside there is a barbecue available for guests’ use. The farmhouse is pet friendly with a large enclosed garden and a small orchard.
