Mission House

With giant cathedral windows, a reclaimed spiral staircase and opulent velvet curtains, this quirky converted church meeting house is full of glamour. Sleeping 12, the Mission House has five ensuite bedrooms including a fabulous family room with built in bunk beds. It is wheelchair friendly on the ground floor and the most accessible property on the estate. Party with friends or family or take a stroll and breathe in the country air.

Downstairs, the large sitting room, with its wood burning stove and deep chesterfield sofas, opens onto the eat-in kitchen, with vintage church pews for seating and a WC. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs: one accessible room with a super king bed and wet room, 2 further ensuite king bedrooms and a quirky family room with a double bed and in-built bunks. The Mission House is wheel-chair friendly on the ground floor and our most accessible property.

At the top of the reclaimed spiral staircase there is a sumptuous upstairs bedroom with a four-poster bed and freestanding cast iron bath, as well as an additional WC.

Outside there is ample space for parking and a private patio garden for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sunshine.

We love…

The deep Chesterfield sofas, vintage church pews and dramatic period features.
